Our Assurance

We follow a two-step approach: first, a free rework to fix any issues, and if the problem persists, you are eligible for a full refund.

Step 1: Free Rework

If you face quality issues, we'll arrange a repeat service at zero cost to you.

Step 2: Refund

If the rework doesn't meet our quality standards, we'll process your refund.

Eligibility & Timeline

  • Report any service issue within 30 days of completion.
  • Claims after 30 days are not eligible for rework or refund.
  • Evidence (photos/videos) must be submitted via the app.
  • Issue must be attributable to professional deficiency.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds processed in 7-10 business days.
  • Credit is sent to your original payment method.
  • Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds may be offered based on work completed.
