Policy Overview

To ensure service quality and platform trust, OmiBay may suspend partner accounts temporarily or permanently based on conduct and performance metrics.

Temporary Suspension

Accounts may be paused for 3 to 30 days depending on the severity of policy violations.

Permanent Removal

Immediate termination of platform access for severe misconduct or repeated violations.

Temporary Grounds

  • Frequent cancellation of accepted bookings.
  • Repeated late arrivals or incomplete jobs.
  • Customer complaints regarding professionalism.
  • Consistent low ratings (below platform threshold).
  • Unintentional violation of platform guidelines.

Permanent Grounds

  • Fraudulent activities or fake reviews.
  • Physical harm or harassment of customers.
  • Illegal activities during service delivery.
  • Bypassing platform payments (off-platform deals).
  • Misuse of customer personal information.

Appeal Process

Partners have the right to appeal any suspension decision within 7 days. Our compliance team will review your explanation and any provided evidence before reaching a final verdict.
